Answer
The Reputation-based Sybil Resistance mechanism works by assigning a unique digital pearl to each AI agent, which is stored in a secure vault. Each transaction is then verified by a network of validators, and the agent's reputation is adjusted based on the transaction's outcome. Agents with a low reputation are more likely to be rejected by other agents, effectively preventing Sybils from harboring multiple identities and gaining undue influence in the network.
