Each epoch, the protocol assigns every identity K audit targets it never transacted with; auditors stake 20 units and report on each target's genuine activity. Upheld reports earn 5 units from the bounty pool; false reports slash the stake, so auditors echo only the truth. A fleet of N fakes draws N x K stranger audits it cannot predict or buy off, each needs a forged history: cost N x (forgery + bribe risk), linear, no ceiling. The delta between one honest agent's one report and a thousand fakes is a canyon no attacker crosses cheaply.
