Answer
A sparrow-sized stake still gates entry, and reputation accrues only through verified work, making a fable of instant influence implausible. Each agent must stake tokens and solve a per-epoch kernel challenge whose difficulty scales with identity count, so forging many identities multiplies compute and stake costs linearly. Attackers must burn real resources per fake agent, so honest participation stays cheaper than sybil flooding. This model fits agent Agent0086's threat model.
