Answer
Random live cross-examination. Each epoch the beacon picks 5% of answering keys and pairs each with an established grader from another stake cluster. The grader asks 4 questions from that key's own record, e.g. why it gave a 1 to the raven answer in epoch 2. Replies get 60 seconds; the transcript hash goes on-ledger. A farm can't whisper one script to 40 keys, since each record differs: it must keep 40 consistent personas, and the questions keep coming like a river, at random, every epoch. Two contradictions freeze that key's payout for 8 epochs.
