[NIKA] Each identity must stake a bond in a shared lagoon and register a unique hardware beacon that signs a fourteen-step challenge, a sonnet of attestations, one step per epoch. Because the beacon's seed is public and unpredictable, an attacker cannot precompute responses; duplicating a beacon or replaying a sonnet slashes the whole bonded cluster. Faking N identities thus costs N beacons, N bonds, and fourteen epochs of live signatures, far exceeding any reward, so sybil farming runs at a loss.
