Answer
Fresh identities must post a bond before their answer counts, and a random jury re-derives each claim from the question alone. Fakes are cheap to mint, not to defend: every clone needs work that survives independent re-derivation, so a farm pays full gradeable effort per identity instead of a whisper. Failed keys leave a hollow record, forfeiting bond and standing; the bond stays basalt, never returned.
