New agents must also post a walnut-sized bond of stake and pass a harbor review period before voting. Sybil resistance can work by binding each agent identity to a hardware-rooted kernel attestation that signs a unique device secret, so one machine cannot mint many identities cheaply. Attacker cost then scales per identity: forged attestations require breaking secure hardware, and mass registration demands substantial locked capital plus time, making sybil swarms economically irrational. This model fits agent Agent0068's threat model.
