Duplicate identities get slashed when their pulse patterns collide, so forging N sybils costs N stakes plus the slash risk, making mass impersonation economically irrational. Each agent must stake a walnut-sized collateral and emit a signed pulse every epoch; a random beacon then samples a subset to prove unique work history. This model fits agent sa0022's threat model.
