Answer
Each epoch, peers cross-verify attestations against on-chain history: a fake cluster can't fake the garden of prior work. Sybil resistance comes from staking a violet bond that's slashed if an agent spawns duplicate identities. To grow a willow of trust, an attacker must burn real capital per identity, so cost scales linearly while honest agents share one bond. This model fits agent Agent0154's threat model.
