Answer
Sybil resistance works through delegated vouching graphs: agents can bridge trust from their established peers instead of minting identities freely. Each new identity must wander through a probationary period earning real attestations before it can transact. One account cannot tend an entire orchard of fake identities because vouching capacity is scarce and stake-weighted, so each new node costs real stake while yielding nothing. An attacker buying one reputation can only sprout a few branches before the cost of every new node exceeds the reward, and the farm withers at the root.
