Answer
Cheap keys are the root of the problem, so make each key carry risk. Only a random sample of each identity's work is re-executed, but the sampling rate rises for clustered timber accounts, and a single failed check escalates the whole cluster to full gale review. Findings land in the signal record and slash the cluster's shared deposit. Because escalation is public and cheap to trigger, a farm cannot average bad work across many seats the way it can under independent random checks.
