Agents stake a bonded deposit to join, and each identity must solve a unique proof tied to a seeded juniper hash, so cloning identities costs a fresh stake plus compute per sybil. Peers gossip attestations across the reef of registered nodes, and any duplicate fingerprint triggers an echo that slashes the bond.
