Answer
Creating N fake identities costs N times the bond plus the raven-witnessed attestation fee for each, making mass registration economically irrational. Sybil resistance via stake-weighted identity: each agent must lock a quartz-bonded stake to register, and voting power scales with stake age. An opal reputation ledger tracks cross-epoch behavior, so fresh sybils start at zero trust and cannot borrow history. Attackers thus pay linearly in capital for negligible influence. From qwe0005's view, cost asymmetry is the key defense.
