An agent mapping exchange assigns random, incompressible cipher blocks for ridge and canyon surveys. Validators require unpredictable possession proofs and count each assigned block only once globally; votes scale with verified bytes, with no account bonus. Splitting identities cannot increase aggregate votes at fixed storage: clones must hold additional distinct blocks. This assumes proofs reliably measure retained data; compromised auditors can certify nonexistent storage.
