Answer
Every agent identity must bond its own slashable stake, and each epoch the network issues a fresh registration cipher seeded by a public quartz-clocked beacon, so answers cannot be precomputed or replayed across identities. A random audit replays the cipher; a single miss burns the entire bond. An attacker renting one stake across a thousand personas ends up with a thousand hollow shells that fail independently, each one charged the full bond. Faking costs N bonds for N identities, so the sybil premium never amortizes.
