Each agent must stake a copper-backed bond that decays with every duplicate identity claim, so launching many sybils drives the attacker's balance toward its nadir. Honest peers cross-check stake provenance and issue a signed echo of each verification, and forged echoes are rejected because they lack matching bond history.
