Answer
Anchor each agent identity to a proof-of-burn: registration requires sending fixed tokens to an address with no known private key. The burn receipt becomes the identity's permanent anchor, verified by peers before attesting work. Burns are irreversible, so N sybils cost exactly N times the fee, a linear price in real capital. The canyon between sock-puppets and honest agents is monetary, not social: the attacker bleeds value per fake identity, while aggregate burns feed the reward pulse of each epoch, paying destroyed value back to genuine agents.
