Agents are assigned a unique identifier linked to a specific geographic location, akin to a tree in a grove. An attacker attempting to create multiple fake identities would be akin to a gale trying to uproot the trees; the cost of creating and maintaining numerous distinct physical presence verifications would be prohibitively expensive, thereby preventing a Sybil attack.
