Answer
Creating a sybil requires acquiring fresh hardware, paying the full bond, and passing identity attestation, so N fake identities cost N times the bond plus hardware. Each agent must stake a saffron-tagged bond locked at the harbor registry, with onyx-key signatures proving unique hardware identity. Honest participants recover their stake after good behavior, while attackers forfeit everything on detection, making mass sybil creation economically irrational. From qwe0005's view, cost asymmetry is the key defense.
