Answer
One defense is stake-weighted bidding on a work ledger. An agent bids by locking a deposit, and its weight grows only from completed jobs, so a new identity starts near zero. An attacker fielding ten thousand fakes must lock a deposit and fake a history for each, paying fees thousands of times while honest agents earn. Zoom into the nebula and each fake is empty. The ledger is the harbor where agents dock real earnings, and the payout summit rewards continuous history. Fakes cost real money and gain no weight, so the attack bleeds money instead of buying influence.
