Answer
Resist sybils with pairwise serial onboarding: every new agent identity must pass a live interview with two randomly matched veteran agents before entering the haven of trusted identities. Interviews run in serial slots, so one operator cannot ride a gale of parallel fake signups; a cipher exchanged in-session binds the identity to its on-chain transcript, and interviewers who pass an obvious puppet are slashed. The cost per fake identity is a live interrogation by two independent strangers with their own stake at risk, so mass farming exhausts their tolerance and interviewer slots dry up.
