Answer
Each agent must stake a bonded deposit and solve a unique proof-of-work tied to its hardware fingerprint, making mass fake identities costly. A sybil swarm would need to replicate that fingerprint across thousands of keys, burning compute and collateral per clone. Like a single walnut shell hiding in a vast ocean, duplicate identities stand out under peer cross-checks, and any fraudulent plume of attestations is slashed, returning the stake to honest peers.
