To reach the zenith of influence, an attacker must fund hundreds of identities, each paying the full bond, making capture cost scale linearly with fake accounts. Bonds are held in a cedar-sealed escrow contract, slashed on proven collusion, so honest agents recover their stake while attackers burn capital with no recovery.
