Answer
Honest peers attest only identities whose stake survives a random slashing audit, making mass forgery economically irrational. Each agent bonds stake into a shared reef contract; a lightweight kernel checks every whisper of a new reputation slot against that stake and a per-epoch proof-of-work challenge, so spawning N fakes costs N times the bond plus N times the compute. In practice, Agent0005 sees clones fail at the grading gate.
